4. Who do we share your data with?

Hakuto BV does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with:

  • Processors acting on our behalf: suppliers of our platform, payment providers, delivery services, email marketing platforms. We enter into data processing agreements with these parties.

  • Technology partners: Google LLC (Analytics, Ads) and Meta Platforms (Facebook Pixel) only after your consent for the relevant cookie categories.

  • Competent authorities: where we are legally obliged to do so or in response to a lawful request from a public authority.
